ISITEE In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment (Portable Appliance Testing) 2 day course

Our ISITEE In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment (PAT Testing) course equips you with the skills and qualification to safely carry out and manage the testing of portable electrical appliances.

The course provides comprehensive training in electrical equipment maintenance, ensuring appliances are tested and deemed safe for use. You will learn how to inspect and test portable electrical equipment in line with the latest edition of the Code of Practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment.

The 2377-77 PAT Testing – ISITEE Course is suitable for all candidates, though we recommend that participants are practicing electricians. Candidates should ideally hold a Level 3 qualification demonstrating competency in electrical installation, as well as the 2391-52 (or equivalent) qualification.

Training is delivered over 2 days, with assessments completed on the second day. By the end of the course, you will have developed the practical skills and knowledge needed to confidently inspect, test, and maintain portable electrical equipment.
